Kathi Kersznowski
Meet Kathi Kersznowski - educator, speaker, author, and the founder of Integration Innovation, LLC. With nearly 30 years of experience in education, Kathi has built a career around one simple belief: that great teaching, smart technology, and meaningful professional learning can change everything. She absolutely thrives in her role as a district-wide edtech leader, but she'll be the first to tell you that the absolute best part of her work is the incredible community of teachers she gets to serve every single day!

Through Integration Innovation, LLC, Kathi partners with schools, districts, educational organizations, and edtech companies to bring practical, high-impact ideas to life. Whether she’s keynoting a national conference, consulting with district leadership, or collaborating with an edtech startup, she brings the same classroom-rooted perspective and contagious energy to everything she does.
Kathi is the proud owner of an educational technology consulting business called Integration Innovation, LLC. She is a keynote speaker and a global presenter on various educational technology, AI (artificial intelligence), STEM/STEAM, global education, and leadership topics. She enjoys traveling nationally and internationally to edtech conferences to learn and present.
Kathi has presented many times at national conferences such as ISTE, FETC, and TCEA. She has proudly presented on the Arena Main Stage at BETT in London and also in Microsoft’s Learn Live Theatre. She has done keynote speeches on topics she is most passionate about – including AI literacy, global learning, educational leadership, and purposeful edtech integration.
In her past career lives, Kathi has worked as an elementary teacher, a special education teacher, and a computer teacher, and she even holds a master’s degree in School Administration . . . which she hasn’t actually used—yet! Kathi is a voracious lifelong learner. In addition to being a Google Certified Educator and Trainer, MIEExpert, and Apple Certified Teacher and Coach, Kathi has enjoyed being an ambassador or consultant for some of the world’s leading and most beloved edtech companies. She has authored two books – “Sail the 7 Cs with Microsoft Education”, and most recently “The Educator’s Guidebook for Teaching AI Literacy and Ethics”. Fun fact: Kathi is the creator of the original #LearningInTheLoo movement globally!

Beyond the Stage
Life Outside Work
When she remembers to focus on that “life” part of “work/life balance,” Kathi most enjoys traveling with her husband, Matt and their son, Ryan. She also just loves a cozy bonfire, being out in nature, drinking really strong coffee and lots of it, doing a little saltwater fishing and crabbing, baking up a storm, going out for a flight, planning new vacation adventures, reading nonfiction mysteries, porch-sitting at her camper in Rumbley, slurping down some raw oysters, kayaking, taking too many photos, and enjoying ridiculously long midday naps.
